Goose Creek Association offers many outreach and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Our biggest annual event is a Film Night every February where we show an environmental film and host speakers to discuss. We also participate in area events and festivals for youth and adults, host creek cleanups, and partner with area organizations for events such as farm tours and conservation roundtables.
Goose Creek Canoe Clean Up Day – April 27, 2019
Each spring dozens of volunteers — in boats and on land — spend the day cleaning up trash, tires, furniture, and debris in and along Goose Creek. It’s a day of hard work, but also a day to connect with other people who care deeply about the Goose and its special landscape.
