4/29/2021: this is final Salt Watch test for 20-21 season on Beaverdam Creek next to Ashburn Run subdivision in Ashburn. Location is Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy (LWC) site #25, which is behind the subdivision tot lot approximately 1/4 mile downstream from Rt. 643 Broadlands Blvd. Taken the day after a moderate rain event.

Sample taken at 1:30 PM on Super Bowl Sunday (2/7) on Beaverdam Run behind the Ashburn Run subdivision tot lot. This was taken at the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy monitoring site #25 and after an approximately 2” snowfall that was melting.

12/16/2020: Chloride test of Beaverdam Run in Ashburn, VA in Loudoun County. This is Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy (LWC) stream monitoring site #25, located behind the Ashburn Run subdivision tot lot approximately 1/4 mile downstream of the Route 643 (Broadlands Blvd) bridge. The sample was taken approximately 1:15 PM during the first snow fall of the season. The water was clear and flow was above normal due to recent rain event. This is the baseline test before the 2020 - 2021 winter season.
